Jamie L. Crook, the Altshuler Berzon LLP/NRDC Joint Fellow for 2007-08, is a graduate of
Brown University and the law school at the University of California at
Berkeley (Boalt Hall), where she was Book Reviews and Essays Editor for
the California Law Review, Notes and Comments Editor for the Berkeley
Journal of African-American Law and Policy, and Articles Editor for the
Berkeley Journal of International Law. She served as a law clerk to Judge
